"Mr. Cowan may be the most honest and trustworthy contractor I’ve ever worked with. After feeling bamboozled by contractor after contractor over a siding issue we were being told could only be remedied by a full vinyl siding install, Marc shot me straight and we were able to repair a few small areas to save our existing siding and saved tens of thousands of dollars. He was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I wouldn’t consider hiring anyone except him for future projects."

"Johns Roofing Siding and Windows recently replaced our old roof, windows, siding, and gutters. Their work & work ethic is spectacular! The price and product warranty cant be beat. All work far exceeded any expectations we had, and the finished product is absolutely stunning. They were always accommodating to any thing we asked of them. All work was immaculate, and each day the crew did an excellent job cleaning up all work areas. We have future work that we will be having them do because they are simply the BEST!"

His quote was competitive, and he clearly explained everything that would be included—roof removal, fascia and trim repairs, and the new installation. "Wow what a transformation. Sensible home products did an amazing job. In fact anytime I look at my house, I feel satisfied. There was no short cut. Everything was done as discussed in the contract. Even we decided to make some changes/ modifications to the contract and he did accommodate us. This company stand tall. During the siding job, my solar company was over charging me to remove some stuff before the siding. Sensible home product guy (Jeremy ) the owner brought in a qualified electrician to come and do the job for 30% less that what the solar company was charging. I would definitely recommend sensible home products for your siding job. Excellent job."

"Excellent!Brian was very professional and accurate he was knowledgeable of what I needed done.Brian ran into an issue while installing my faucet and needed to reschedule to come back and fix it he rescheduled in a timely manner even though he was very busy with other jobs Brian refused full payment until the job was complete Brian was a huge help with everything I recommend valerie Spencer interiors and Brian for all your home improvement projects I will be recommending him to all I know who need work done."
