"We had a half-mile long stucco fence that needed patching in places and several areas of total replacement. Salomon and his crew at First Class Stucco completely stripped off material that was badly damaged and basically irreparably and the installed new components to our fence. As we inspected the overall project, we did come across some issues that gave us concern, but after mentioning those concerns Salomon got right on them and fixed them. He never questioned our concerns he just went out and did what we wanted done on our fence stucco project. We have had a lot of positive feedback from residents around our property. I would hire Salomon and his crew if another project is needed around our property. Salomon was very easy to work with."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

We had such a great experience with Confident Coatings and they exceeded our expectations.  Patrick (one of the owners) was professional and communicative during the entire process. They were able to start sooner than initially anticipated and finished the job within several days.  Carlos and Ramone worked diligently and kept the work area tidy upon completion.  Carlos was kind enough to remove an unused flagpole for us.  Patrick was onsite everyday to thoroughly spot check the work and answer any questions that we had.  He communicated with us regarding weather updates and was quick to answer us any time we contacted him as well.  There was a small miscommunication in regards to the concrete below the siding that my husband wanted painted and Patrick thought we did not want paint applied in that area.  When we brought it to his attention he did not hesitate to go back and paint the area for us even though it meant extra work for his crew since that area wasn't initially prepped.  They have great customer service and are just a great crew. They did a beautiful job on our home and we will absolutely call them again in the future.
