Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. I was so impressed with Roofing & More that I have other projects for them."

"I've used Young Environmental three times at two different homes - twice for asbestos remediation (removing/sealing asbestos tiles in a basement) and once for mold remediation. Had a great experience each time. Peter - the father of the father-son team, who appears to manage the business end of things and has deep subject matter expertise - is super-nice and was very responsive when I needed help on short notice. Evan - the son who does the estimates and manages the team doing the actual projects on-site; he is very nice as well. The operation seems like a pretty well-oiled machine. I had two layers of shingles that they had to remove and add roof vents on a decent size colonial style house that is 3 stories to the back with a 2 car garage that extends to one side and a family room that sticks out on the back. They dropped off the materials and placed the shingles one day. A few days later they arrived just after 7 am and were done by 5 and not a scrap was left by the crew. My neighbor whose house sits higher than mine said the crew was like a machine. There was not anyone standing around each knew they had a specific task to get the job done. I am very impressed and would highly recommend Modern"

"Home Fix installed new windows several years ago. As part of that they put aluminum siding on the bump out under my bay window. The windows are great and I was very happy with them, but I discovered last year that the siding was leaking into my kitchen and much of the wood had rotted. Jonathan at Home Fix stepped in and helped me to resolve this problem. The company sent a team of two men to build an entire new bump out. They did a great job and there was no cost to me. I appreciate that they honored their warranty without any debate."
