One word of advice -- make sure you're there when he's doing the job if you're a perfectionist. I left my husband in charge and he really didn't know how to direct him. Jerry tried to send pictures to my phone but I really needed to be there to tell him. So Jerry came out on a hot Sunday morning to complete the exterior portion of the job to my specifications. The interior went fine. But the exterior was more difficult because it involved installing clapboard siding which Jerry had told me he had no experience with.
