There was one day of rain which delayed the start of the project, and they still finished on time. About three months later I had an issue with some loose siding and the gutters not properly catching water. "They did our siding and replaced a few windows. The siding was fine, but they left unpainted wood and unfilled nail holes in the trim of all the windows they replaced. They left nails scattered through our yard through the winter (which was understandable because of the snow), but after the snow melted, they kept telling us "we'll schedule something soon" for almost 6 weeks. We had to threaten to file an HIC complaint to get them to schedule the work."

"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."
