"As a realtor, it is very important that my referrals to my clients are the highest quality professionals. I consider myself fortunate to work with David Doan Construction and Sons because I know that they are going to take great care of my clients. They are high-level professionals with expert skills and they follow through on what they say they are going to do. I give my full recommendation!"

"Excellent work. Very patient and willing to accommodate small changes to the project. Eddie tiled my shower and built a wall with built in shelves. I will definitely hire again!"

"Gillen Construction did a great job repairing areas of redwood siding and trim, including removal, cutting new siding boards to match the existing siding, priming and painting. They did several other projects for us as well which I have posted separately. Everything looks great. ."

"Worked with Andrew - he was quick to communicate, included all necessary details, and kept in touch. He and his crew (Alex and Andre) showed up on time and had the whole deck demolished and cleaned up in only 2 hours. Would definitely work with him again."

"VERY PLEASE WITH THE JOB I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND THANK YOU"

"Mike kelly is an experienced general contractor that replaced siding on my very step and tall house and rebuilt a beautiful redwood deck off upstairs master. His crew are very talented and friendly cleaning up every night."

"Mauricio did an excellent job of clearing my very dirty brick patio, front steps, paths and driveway. He was efficient and the result is amazing. The bricks on the patio were black with moss growing on them. Now they look like new."

"We just completed a 4 month renovation with Ryan and his team and are thrilled with the result. We ended up redoing 3 bathrooms, our kitchen, laundry room, garage, fireplace, and some of the exterior siding - it was a big job! The team and the subcontractors who worked on our house were all very respectful and knowledgeable. We were around the house often they would drop what they were doing to help us unload supplies or fix something we were having an issue with. Ryan himself is very transparent and easy to communicate with. Not all the news we got during our renovation was great (we found some unexpected water damage) but you can trust that Ryan will be honest with you and work on options to get you back on track."

"Professional work. Made the exterior of the home I hired them to repair/replace trim on look brand new. Did a great job blending the paint colors and clean-up after the work was done."

"Jose and his crew did a great job on our new elevated porch. Job was done quickly and well"
