We immediately filled out a credit application; we were approved and got the work done the following week. We cant be happier with our decision. The install crew was amazing. These guys left our home in immaculate condition. Joe, the foreman, absolutely took his time and did a perfect job. He is meticulous. The guys who showed up to do the install were so nice and polite! This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had with contractors. One of the most important things about working with American Construction was that my family felt totally safe around them. We felt safe, secure and comfortable. With young children at home, the safety and comfort level was very important. We knew we could leave these employees in our house unsupervised, without any problems or concerns. Once the work was done my husband and I were so impressed! We never knew how much of a difference new windows, doors and siding could make in our home. Our energy costs have dropped by 20%, and we finally feel safe with the special locks and reinforced glass. We were able to get a tax credit for the Energy Star windows, doors and siding. "The deck is transformed now with Behr Deckover paint and all weather lattice trim. He framed out the lattice with pressure treated lumbers so its tight and securely attached. Adding the lattice/trim was alot of work. Jerry also built a planting bed in front of the refurbished deck w 6x6 timbers and filled it with 8 bags of soil. The plant bed was added on mid way through the job, and Jerry accommodated me with that additional work. He also fixed the frame of the planting bed on the short side of the deck and added some trim above the latticework. Jerry power washed the deck the year before so the surface was ready to paint, that's not included in this cost. This job took 3 full days 8-9 hours/day. The cost shown here is labor only; paint, lattice, & wood was extra which you can estimate upfront."

"Anthony Daly did an exceptional job! My home looks amazing. His crew is very hard working and would always stop and take the time to answer questions. Anthony was very responsive and when capping and siding was removed and odd previous construction was uncovered he would be back at my home working with his crew and would bring other contractors to make sure the issue was fixed and everything was applied correctly. The siding company I hired over promised so I could not longer use them. Anthony was very flexible to expand the project to also stucco my garage and family room-addition. After a hard rain, I discovered that one of the leaks was not fixed. He came back to home with another contractor and with the hose in hand found the leak in the brick (not his stucco) and they fixed it. Very responsive, professional and dependable. Everyone comments on how great my home looks. I highly recommend him."
