Once when Tom saw something he didn't like was being done, he made the guys re-do it. They spent almost 2 weeks siding my house. When the neighbors said 'why is it taking so long', I told them it was being done right. He is great to deal with and has been helpful in recommending other contractors for different jobs. You can always count on Tom to call you back.
