"James and his team came out about three times to help us troubleshoot and implement several different strategies to finally solve this tricky problem. (With persistent leaks that only occur after continuous rain, this is really the only strategy to success, particularly when there could be multiple contributing factors.) James refused to accept payment for his 2nd visit; we opened up the ceiling and discovered it was not a roof leak but a more complicated siding/window flashing/jchannel issue. James worked with us to come up with a very reasonable price for his teams' time and materials to put the problem to bed. After installation & testing that the solution was effective, he followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the work - we were!"
