"I wish all businesses were run like Alex's. We had a roof leak above the back door. Alex took a quick look, quoted us a price and went to work. Once the shingles were removed, the damage was so much more than anticipated. He did not charge us a penny more than initially quoted, although he had to replace a good chunk of the wood and apply a seal to prevent the water damage from happening again. There is probably water damage in the wall and he explained to us what to do next to remediate that. I wish Alex would do more than just roofing and siding.
