"If you're looking for an honest man, Antonio is the guy. He was very attentive to me and my concerns. Anyone that gets 5 stars from me deserves 6 stars. I am super particular. I had a leaky skylight. The other contractors I saw never even gave me an estimate to repair what I thought was a simple leak. Antonio laid it on the line. The 2 skylights needed to be replaced. It took me 1-2 months before I decided he was right. The plastic skylights were 32 years old and my neighbors had theirs replaced a number of years ago. When I figured the cost of the materials involved (former accountant) and the labor (4 men, 1 day) I realized the price was very reasonable. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
