I was browsing home advisor on a Sunday night and was matched with Dave Grimes of Cypress Contracting. Monday morning I received a call saying he was in the area doing another job and could stop by afterwards. Something Constructive (Patsy Cicala) was the first listing to catch my eye and the reason I contacted him is because of his award and ratings. The job went smooth, quick and I learned a bit about door knob/lock replacement. :) Afterward, I showed him several things that I want to do over the next year, of which, he can do all.
