"Work was average and prices were high. Workers left debris in the yard (wood scraps) and did not move furniture back after painting nor did they replace drapery. I would not have paid final payment until job was done but my wife was ill and paid in good faith."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"From start to finish Chris Dobbin and crew exceeded our every expectation. We did shop around but ended up going with HCR because of their warranty. It far exceeded the competition. Don't take my word for it. Look up their triple warranty guarantee. Chris explained the process and how there would be a period of no communication and then a call to schedule install. It was just like he said. Crew arrived on time, lead performed a walk through educating us what is to be done, and remeasured windows before starting demo. Crew was over the top professional and cleaned up as the went along. After install the lead gave us an operation briefing. The wife is super happy with the results. I underestimated how much I would like the blinds in the windows. I had them installed in the two patio doors but should have included the kitchen and master bath windows. Slick product and I have peace of mind thanks to their no hassle, non-prorated, transferable warranty. A side benefit that wasn't discussed was the noise reduction. Our house is so much quieter."

However, Don came in and explained how he could remedy the unsavory unfinished work. He started promptly on the work and was able to save the walls. I spend a lot of time in my living room and now I want to spend even more time because the walls, trim and ceiling are magnificent.
