They give a three hour time frame and call when the technicians are on the way. If you agree to having the work done, a date is set. Akil works 7 days a week. he does an amazing job and well done we are really happy, most of all he took off a huge job in our house that we have in New Jersey, tree got hit by a lightning and landed on our house.
