"Everything was great.  The roof was surveyed within within hours after I made the call.  I was concerned because wood was exposed in one of the areas.  When I asked him how soon the roof could be repaired, I was told it would be considered as an emergency repair and would be completed as soon as the roof was dry enough to walk on.  The next morning a roofer was at our house to make the repairs.  Even though our roof is 14 years old and the same color is no longer available, the new shingles blend in with the existing roof.  You have to look closely in order to see the difference.  Excellent work by a great company!
