"They were very efficient. All windows in our rental house were removed and replaced with new windows in one day. All old siding was removed and replaced with vinyl siding on the second day. In two days the entire job was complete. Amazing when it was very cold outside in December. The salesman was awesome. Any time we had a question or problem, we could call him and he always took care of it. They were also very responsive and followed up with any issues. A couple of the windows had moisture issues in the winter months and they came back and checked the seals and fixed them. We have not had any problems since. We would highly recommend them.

The salesman had not anticipated this need, but this was no problem. The field supervisor, John Boswell, was 100% responsive to our concerns about the asthetics of the interior of our windows. At no extra charge, he made the extra visits to our home and purchased, stained and installed the additional wood pieces that resulted in truly gorgeous windows that we are completely satisfied with. We will recommend Window World to our friends, and will use them again ourselves for future windwo replacement needs

"I had this company replace my windows, siding, insultation and decking on my porch. They were on time and did an absolutely beautiful job. I got used to opening my front door and finding their crews working. They were here for about a week and I never even had to clean up after them. What a marvel! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
