"Encompass Contracting LLC was excellent to work with. I submitted a request to Encompass Contracting and received a quick response from Jaime. With in the week, Jaime arrived to my home and submitted a quote for siding replacement and exterior painting. After receiving a few quotes, I decided to choose Encompass Contracting and it was the best decision. Jaime scheduled to have the building materials delivered and start date for the job. Encompass Contracting crew arrived promptly and began working. During the work I added a few more items for repair, new porch screens, utility building repair / paint and a detailed exterior painting. Jaime had no problem with accommodating my extra request. During the project Jaime was very hands on and had great communication with me. I look forward to my next home improvement and using Encompass Contracting."

"They work on my stucco repair today. Very punctual came right on time. They get the lowest bid and did more than outstanding job. Very very professional. It is not a big corporation?but workmen's he is outstanding and his knowledge about stucco work is very impressive. I am going to hire him again for more work I will need on stucco on 3 chimneys and I would highly recommend this completely. Very very honest."

"I hired rob to do some siding work along with some sofit, facia board and new gutter install. The siding work came out great, the paint job matched old paint. The sofit and facia board work turned out beautiful. My problem is with the gutter work. At first i was impressed so i said let me test it. I found a leak on the left side end cap so they came out and fixed it then i noticed the corner piece on that same side leak also so they came back a 2nd time. During that visit they fixed a leveling issue on the right side. It honestly doesnt look right cause the gutter hangs below facia board but i left it alone. Today with the light rain i heard a drip and noticed the right side corner is leaking. I dont intend on calling them back for a 3rd time to fix. I think rob is great, his communication is great. Before he did a final inspection his team walked around and made sure everything was clean. If it wasn't for issues with gutters I'd give him 5 stars but I'd have to knock it down to 3 stars for the 3 call backs and now another leak."

"I will start by saying that I wish there was a category in the "What type of service was performed?" that says "all+magic". Mack and Juri made of our recently purchased house a dreamy home. Since we are new homeowners, we had certain expectations with the very little knowledge and experience we have with house-related work. Mack and Juri exceeded all the expectations we had and beyond both in the interior and exterior jobs performed. In the interior, they painted most of the house, did a beautiful job on our kitchen cabinets, helped us with a number of --in the word of Mack-- "big problems" with the plumbing with ease and grace. They were there to help us stay calm and hired an amazing plumber, Luis, who was very generous with his time and extremely reasonable with pricing (Thank you!). Mack also hired someone to remove carpets in three bedrooms and install wood flooring. The job was impecable and done efficiently. We had some electrical work that needed to be checked and the electrician was very thorough and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Our kitchen cabinets were sanded by don Alberto and painted by Juri and they look glorious. Juri did a very detailed job with the painting! She was also kind enough to paint our vanity mirror, bathroom lights, and other fixtures at no additional cost. She also did a beautiful job with a white-wash paint in our chimney and it looks great! She is very knowledgable, professional, generous, extremely sweet and easy to work with. ¡Muchas gracias, Juri, you are a true gem! So much I could say about Mack's work inside our house, but I will limit myself to the following: He went above and beyond everything we asked for and more. Always attentive to our concerns and very receptive to our questions and requests. Mack, we are truly grateful for you and Juri! Regarding the exterior, I will start by saying, "wow"! They changed all the wood sidings that were rotten, cleaned our gutters, installed water draining systems, reinforced our deck, and hired Don José and his son to paint the whole house. They were professional, VERY efficient, considerate, respectful (like everyone who works at HandyMack), and very good people. I am sure I am missing many more things, but I am just going to stress that Mack and Juri's generosity, professionalism, expertise, trustworthiness, and interpersonal skills know no boundaries. They are the best people to work with and will ALWAYS strive to exceed (as I said before) every expectation the client may have and beyond. Mack, Juri, and the whole HandyMack crew, my husband and I will be forever grateful for everything you did, for making of our house a lovely home, for being patient and caring. "ALSONSO is honest and reliable. He did painting, enclosed my back porch and replaced all the siding on my house, He cleaned up all the work areas . All jobs were done professionally. He was worth every penny I spent, I have yard work to be done and I plan on Alonso for that. I will use on one else to do work for me. He is friendly, always with a smile on his face. Always on time, and his crew never slowed down, even if Alfonso went for more supplies."

"Jeremy and his crew are the best you will find. They were fantastic to work with and very budget conscious. We cannot believe the phenomenal difference from the old leaking horrible looking deck to the new watertight fantastic looking deck we now have. We have a fully enclosed sunroom below our deck and the deck has leaked off and on for years. Jeremy and his crew found the root cause of the problem and completely waterproofed the deck where we will never have a water problem again. Then they installed porcelain tile to finish the deck and it looks fantastic. I can assure you that as we have future projects of various sizes I will not hesitate to make Jeremy my first call. I cannot say enough great things about the quality, personal service and pride in workmanship that every member of the crew exhibited throughout the project. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
