"Awesome company, if you have any questions about the workmanship just call and the owner will come out that day to answer you concerns or fix anything you think is not satisfactory. He went above and beyond all expectations. I will work with no one else for my concrete roof tiles or my siding. He didn’t like the looks of the back of house match to the old siding, so he tore out all the old stuff and replaced with new and turned around and tore down the siding in front and redid it because he didn’t feel his crew had installed it properly so it wouldn’t warp again. All at no cost. When he looked over the roof estimate he also found he had charged me to much for the parts and wrote me a $200 check on the spot. He also showed me that I was still under warranty and helped fill out the info to get a full refund His business motto is “if your not happy he will go above what you expect to make you happy” Iig your reading this to compare contractors I’d stop here. You won’t be disappointed."

"They were very efficient. All windows in our rental house were removed and replaced with new windows in one day. All old siding was removed and replaced with vinyl siding on the second day. In two days the entire job was complete. Amazing when it was very cold outside in December. The salesman was awesome. Any time we had a question or problem, we could call him and he always took care of it. They were also very responsive and followed up with any issues. A couple of the windows had moisture issues in the winter months and they came back and checked the seals and fixed them. We have not had any problems since. We would highly recommend them.

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I had old metal gutters (probably original to the house) still installed and knew that year 4 into living there, that I needed an upgrade and a better solution to clogged gutters, ill situated downspouts, and just a general headache. On top of all that, I actually had a hole in several corners of my fascia.

I contacted Home Improvements USA and was impressed with their thoroughness in explaining my options and answering all of my questions regarding the product. I felt that my Salesman was professional and eager to close the sale. I also liked the Lifetime Warranty they offered, so I signed a contract and submitted a deposit right there. I am a busy professional and don't have time to worry about gutters, I like the idea that I can call with whatever issue and it's their responsibility to come out to address the situation. The office personnel also seem prompt and responsive to my needs; I appreciate good service.

Staff showed up within the next couple of weeks and when I came home from work, they were wrapping up my install. I was able to watch them work for awhile, ask questions during and after completion, etc. Several days went by and I noticed that one of the downspouts wasn't positioned where I'd asked and was now pooling water onto my walkway. So I immediately called to get the downspout corrected. They showed up within two days to correct it; I came home from work and my downspout was fixed. It's been about a month now and I have been impressed with the gutters and end caps I purchased; they're performing as I was assured.

They also repaired the rotting fascia in several key spots. I am now living clog free and not worried about where the downspouts are positioned and the ensuring pools of water around my property. I would use them again, as I'm considering basement windows."

"Wow!!! I have never, ever, been more pleased with the quality of the work done and the price paid. I had interviewed about a dozen landscaper and cement contractors over the course of about a year because I had taken water over my foundation beginning in September 2008, then again with the June 23 and July 23, 2010 storms, the storm of this past Memorial Day week-end, 2011, and, then, another storm that followed about a week or so later. So, I really wanted to be sure I was getting, in my judgement, the best solution for my money, which, in these severe economic times, I do not spend easily. I know the job took longer than Brian anticipated in his contract price and, again, I do not spend money easily, but I did offer to adjust the price, upward, to help compensate for what I knew was a hard-working crew who concentrated on quality and getting a job done to the highest standards. Brian would not hear of it, he said the price quoted was what he said it would be, and there would be no additional add-on amounts, and he was going to stick with his word. What a breath of fresh air!

Lastly, Brian was the only company who offered 2 things none of the other dozen or so contractors would even consider: a lifetime warranty, not to me, but for the life of the house, transferable upon sale; and, no money down, with payment only when I was fully satisfied. Again, such a breath of fresh air among the contractors interviewed for this job as well as others I've dealt with in the past.

Brian, Joe, and the rest of the team were just superlative from start to finish. I have already recommended to a co-worker and will recommend to anyone with any type of storm water problem."
