"Colorado siding repair was so wonderful to work with. They came quickly to give us an estimate. The workers came and were SO EFFICIENT. In addition there was no mess left. We could not be happier that they were able to repair the sections without needing to replace all our siding. Thank you Colorado Siding Repair!"

"Ken and his crew are the best! Fair and honest pricing. They were 50% less than other bids I received, and did high quality excellent work. They showed up on time, demonstrated a good work ethic, were friendly and polite. They would definitely be successful in small town America, where to be successful you have to be good and fair because everyone in town knows about everyone in town, right!? I moved from small town Wyoming to Castle Rock 4 years ago, and it's amazing how many businesses in this metro area would not make it in a small town. Exterior Experts are A+"

"Oswald and his crew were fast, efficient and the house looks amazing! What an improvement from what we had before. Ernest was great too, as he handled our confusion of "fascia and soffits" but we got there in the end. After siding was installed, we used Bermudez Paint, and they arrived the next day to start their project. They were done 3 days later, thanks to rain delays. I highly recommend Bermudez Paint as well. Their team was also amazing, fast, and incredibly polite."

"Perea Bros did a great job of fixing my 2 fence gates. I would recommend them and I will use them again for other projects."

"Very professional from start to finish. My Hardi plank siding had cracks and broken pieces missing. I had to replace that side of my house. Home Genuis did an excellent job replacing my siding. They started on time and finished on time and effectively communicated each step. The Project manager AJ was superb."

"We were not even thinking about reskimming our homeâ s stucco exterior; we knew we needed repairs, but certainly didnâ t plan to do the entire exterior. Edgar and his crew from Pikes Peak Construction, LLC were working next door and we could see how hard his crew worked and how well organized they were. We began talking with Edgar and were sufficiently impressed that we asked for a bid on both repairs and the entire house. Edgar convinced us the best and most cost effective approach would be to do the whole exterior. His bid was reasonable, given the work involved, and they began working on our house very quickly. We are so impressed with everyone in the company. They all work as a team and help one another out. Everyone from the owner of the company on down makes certain that every detail has been completed to perfection. We are thrilled they did our house!"

"All the work went well. Paulo was very professional and responsive. We had a few delays that were out of his hands - mostly due to suppliers who were behind schedule. Nothing major, but Paulo communicated about all of these in a timely fashion. We replaced all of our vinyl siding with James Hardie board. Also replaced several exterior windows. Paulo also replaced all of our old gutters. Everything was painted to order including old soffets and fascia. Someone touched up the drywall texturing around the new windows and then painted everything to match. The work was done efficiently. They paid attention to detail and fabricated nice trims around outlets and utility vents. My only gripe would be that they didn't leave the roof clean, and after the first rain, I found a lot of debris and nails that had blown down into the yard and driveway. Everybody on his crew was friendly and respectful. There was always at least one person on site who spoke perfect English."

"Next time I would have liked to have a piece of siding to match the paint more carefully. I was totally satisfied with his work."

"Aj Smith did a excellent job on my aunts siding job. High recommend. 10/10"
