"Deven and crew did an excellent job siding and roofing my garage. I highly recommend King Construction, I also do not give out 5 stars easily but it was easy when you deal with Deven. He was great to work with, he takes the time to listen to what you want and makes it happen. He adjusted easily when I changed up things on him and he finished on time and on budget! Good people are hard to find and he and his crew are good people! I will be hiring King Construction for my next project for sure."

If I'm not happy with it, you're not going to be happy with it. I like to do the best.\n\nThere is no greater feeling than coming into a room, seeing a disaster, and then totally turning it around.

"Harvey and his team were professional and courteous. My wife and I were very satisfied with the completed work on the interior. We had originally planned on doing the exterior of the house first but had to change our plans. Harvey was accommodating and offered suggestions. Some I took, some I didn't. We are already discussing the projects for this coming summer. He doesn't know it but I have a couple new ideas I may implement. I have no doubt that they will do as an outstanding job on the exterior as they did inside. It looks like a new home."

"LMC Home Remodeling did an amazing job on our roof replacement! The team was professional, on time, and cleaned up everything afterward. Highly recommend!"

"After our fire, I couldn't find anyone willing to recommend a contractor so I turned to Angie's List and picked NE Renovations. I couldn't be happier with our choice. NE Renovations is everything I hoped for in a contractor, and more. Richard and the crew have been delightful to work with. Communication has been easy, estimates accurate, and when a problem arose - the plywood under one of the roofs was rotted - they gave us choices for fixing it. Everything is up front, no surprises. The crew arrived every day as promised and worked full days. And they are nice guys - polite, considerate of our home and dogs. Again tidiness was big. I would absolutely use NE Renovations again, and happily recommend them to friends. They made our house look beautiful!"

"I recently had asphalt shingle roof repairs done, and the team did an excellent job! They were professional, on time, and worked efficiently. The roof looks great, and they made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward. I?m very happy with the results and highly recommend their services!"

"okay. Only disappointment is these home warranty services do not work on Sundays. When you have a serious issue it does not help that they do not respond on Sundays."
