"I hired the Guerrero brothers to replace a porch for me. Luis came took measurements. Later called me with a price for decking. Came the next day on time to start the job. The Guerrero brothers does “Excellent Work”. I was very pleased with their work, cleaning everything up when they finished. Great Customer Service. I Would hire them again."

"great job on the roof on my shed. very pleased."

"They did an amazing job staining our log home and painting the porch and railings that surrounds 3 sides of the house. They did all the cleaning, caulking, scraping, then 2 coats of stain. They even came back for touch ups. The house looks wonderful. They were great to work with, left no mess… very professional and used only the best quality stain and paint. I’d definitely recommend them!"

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Very pleased with the work and professionalism. I would recommend for painting and drywall repair. We will definitely use again."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning."

"They have done old time plastering, painting, and other work around the home. They did complete restoration on the walls. Their work is effective and detailed. They are very honest. I found them in the newspaper, and I have been so pleased with the work that they have done. I cannot say enough good things about them."

"Excellent! Cortez was was very responsive: he let me know he was on his way and was on time. He assessed the issue and got right down to work. He showed me how he installed the outlet to make it flush with the house siding. Murphy Family Services made everything very easy and painless for me!"
