"I asked Patsy to install 5 Billy bookcases from IKEA into a room to house my book collection. I wanted them to look as though they were built-in. I wanted lighting with dimmers installed above each bookcase and and crown molding installed in the room that would continue across the front of the bookcases. Patsy met me at Home Depot and helped me select the lighting and switchplate options that were needed. When I complained about the way the LED lights were making a humming noise, Patsy went back to Home Depot and found a dimmer that did not hum. I wanted the bookcases to stretch from ceiling to floor. The bookcases I ordered were not tall enough and I could not wait for the extension pieces from IKEA, so Patsy custom-fitted the bookcases and added and extra shelf for me. I wanted the light switch for the bookcase lights to be added to the switchplate on the opposite side of the room, so, Ernesto, one of his workers, went into the attic crawl space and fished the electric across the attic and down to the switchplate on the opposite side of the room. I also wanted the electrical outlet on the bookcase wall to be extended out to the front baseboard of the bookcase. I wanted trim added between each bookcase and the base of the bookcase to blend in seamlessly with the baseboard. I was very picky about having this done exactly the way I wanted, as I have waited forty years for it. I was very pleased with the way the bookcases turned out. The bookcases look like they were made when the house was built. Patsy and his co-workers, Jacob and Ernesto, were courteous, prompt and very hard-working. They finished the job in two and a half days. They completely cleaned the work area before they left each day. The painting that was needed was done very neatly with no drips. They went out of their way to make sure that it was built to my specifications. I would heartily recommend them. They provided good value for my money and exceeded my expectations."

"We needed to have a walk-in-shower installed to replace our 20 inch high whirlpool bathtub. Through Angie’s List we found the perfect contractor in Calloway Corporation LLC. The owner Keith stopped by within a day of posting, looked at our layout and what we wanted done and he was back a day later with the estimate which was very reasonable for the work we wanted accomplished. We had to revise the original estimate a few times only because my wife wanted extras added which was not a problem. The owner and his right-hand manager Katherine were more than agreeable and cordial in meeting our needs and goals. The work crew was very punctual showing up every day at 0700, military time, 7:00 am. Retired Navy, what can I say. The demolition phase included R J and Jeremy removing the old walk-in shower and attached closet, removal of the huge whirlpool tub and the large Glass Block Window. Removal of the window necessitated cutting a hole in the siding, removing the old insulation and boards. Luckily, we had two boxes of new siding in our attic for the initial house build which saved us money along with floor tiles that were used to patch and enlarge the floor. Once the backdrop for the new shower was installed with the necessary braces for tie in of the grab bar and teak chair that same day the two carpenters installed new insulation and siding. And honestly it looked as if it was the original work. The carpenters were outstanding. Very meticulous, paid attention to detail, and did not miss one nail on outside clean up. Masters of their Trade!!!! What really impressed us was the way they treated our home with respect putting drop cloths on all the floors leading to the bathroom work area. They also did a top to bottom clean up at the end of each day’s work. The tile setter Rob is a Master of his trade. Probably one of the best tile setters in Delaware. Talk about perfection!!!! His final work looks good enough to be a multi-million-dollar mansion. Our walk in shower looks fabulous. Keith and Katherine provided us with the best sub-contractors in the area. The Plumber, Electricians, and Painters did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterward and took all waste products with them. Not only did R J and Jeremy work on demolition they also built beautiful, sturdy and space saving shelves and put on perfectly closing folding doors, installed new tiles and installed the grab bar and teak seat in the shower and installed our new vanity with all the hardware. Everything came out Beautiful. My wife and I both love what they accomplished for us. I know this was verbose but I wanted to instill in anyone who needs a top-notch contractor and crew who complete a project with pride in workmanship, work ethic and trustworthiness to call on Calloway Corporation for any project.
