"Agreed on price to demo existing wooden deck, despose of debris, build new wooden deck including painting. Project took 9 days. Crew was polite & varied from 2 to 3 men. I would not call them craftsmen. There was a lack of communication. Anything that went wrong or damaged was never mentioned to Dereck or home owner. Some examples are: ? Questionable dbl stringer shorted at opposite ends, see photos. Is it safe & to code? ? Hot tub cover damaged. Someone walked on top & broke half of cover. Also multiple objects dropped from upper deck on to cover puncturing it. Cover was used as work table. ? Multiple objects dropped from upper deck onto pavers surrounding hot tub, cracking three of them. ? Deck boards on smaller deck not completely screwed down. I needed to add 93 screws. ? Kinked LP gas tubing into the house. ? Gaps on both sides of new threshold. ? Blew GFI outlet and tripped multiple breakers, one being to a food freezer without notifying owner. ? "The doors we ordered took a little while to come in, but it was worth the wait. The look fantastic we could not be happier. They reinstalled the outdoor siding and replaced Sheetrock and trim inside. We will use them again"

"Job was done correctly and in a timely manner. The installer was meticulous in his work. This was a patio with well over 200 block it turned out great. I would recommend them and I would also use them again."

"Awesome company to work with! Travis and his team are what every homeowner would expect and want from people working on your home projects! They installed a fence, steps out back gate, and a dry creek bed. Great job! Would highly recommend and will be calling them for future projects! 5 stars for sure. Sue & Jim Lodge"

"My projects included exterior painting of my cabin and metal roof tear off and replacement, new support post put in and pressure washing. Nathan and his Son did an excellent job. The projects were completed in a timely manner and within budget. The painting was brushed not sprayed. I highly recommend Nates Home improvement and Services, for your projects. I will use him again in for future."

"We had a patio screened in. They were prompt, professional and did a great job. Highly recommend"

"Good communication. Reached out to discuss plans and ideas. House was demolished by GDOT therefore could not pursue project."

"James did an excellent job. He put an elliptical machine together and he assembled a TV in the basement on a mantle. He was on time and very professional. We are hiring him to paint our metal roof."

"Josh was very professional and completed the project in a timely manner. He offered suggestions for our project that turned out to be what we chose to do. Knowledgeable and honest. I will hire Josh for future projects."

"Fidel was hired to rip out and old backsplash and replace it with a new one. He and his crew had to drive an hour each way to get to my house, but he was always there to get the work done. His attention to detail was very good. As always with any project I had to go behind him and clean this or fix that, but very little. His English is passable and tries very hard to communicate. I used Google translate and everything went well. He and his crew were professional and due to the far distance of travel they would arrive sometimes later than expected because of scheduling other work nearer to their area of service. I would classify him as honest, professional, personable and loaded with integrity. He took pride in his work, not just to make money, but to do it deserving of recommendation. I would highly recommend "Frogozos Home Repair"."
