"These guys did a great job and were even helpful with providing different options. The finished product turned out stunning. I get compliments all the time how my home is the best looking house on the street."

"Professional service, timely, hard workers & they cleaned the place up nicely before they left! Be very specific, in writing, about what exactly they will do. We had a small misunderstanding, & a tree area was curbed & left with no ground rock, like the rest. They did cement curbing, ground prep, moved & cleaned old river rock, layed ground cover & new river rock. Yes, I will hire them back & referred them to my neighbors! Very pleased with the finished results! !"

"I am happy with the roofing. The workers were efficient and worked well in a timely manner."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Custom install of 4 inch, clear, cedar T/G and 4 x 10 hardy panels. Many, many compliments and lots of eyeballs, turning my direction and job looks good year later!"

"Once they got going they didn't stop until the job was done. Took them one day to put a sheet metal top on my pergola. Pleased with the look. They did a wonderful job cleaning up."
