"Did a great job with finishing touches as original build cut a lot of corners. Asked to enclosed one of the sunroom with less window and they did a fantastic job and turned out better than I could of hoped. Side note they also are dog people which my pups loved."

"I needed 3 support posts for an elevated deck replaced. Mr. Gutierrez and his crew just completed the project and the workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Mr. Gutierrez for a most reasonable bid and service. Walter P. in Charlotte."

"Eric completed my projects perfectly! He installed a drapery rod at just the right height and perfectly straight. He also helped to find the best location to hang a very heavy 75 pound decorative mirror. Eric really is a pro! He was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with."

"they did the best job I have ever had for a siding crew I have been building custom homes for 33 years and they do great work"

"If you need a handyman or contracting in general, call Sal. He and his crew are amazing. We had a lot of different type of work to do and we needed a company we can rely on for all. From the beginning, I could tell we were in great hands. We did demo, reconstruction, door replacement, plumbing and more. Sal was fair with pricing and held to all of his commitments. As with any renovations, we ran into a few pre-existing items that weren't immediately visible and not only did Sal not flinch, he was reasonable with pricing / timing. If you need something done and you need someone you trust, Sal is your person."

"They did an excellent job on siding, windows, and gutters."

"The young man did a very good job. I would rehire them again. Cleaned up nicely after the work was done."

"Fixed my drainage issue with ease. Removed and re-leveled my patio that has been pooling water for years and even installed drainage system beneath. The team was great to work with and kept the work space very tidy."
