"What can I say, the house is beautiful! We had stone veneer siding put on the house and it absolutely makes the house pop! Would absolutely recommend Graves to any of my friends."

"Had damage to siding due to recent wind storm, plus siding on garage from years ago. Lifetime was fast in contacting me, and had work completed in one day. Pricing was very reasonable. Excellent workmanship! Piggly recommend!"

"We had our roof completely replaced and we feel very fortunate to have met Joe from Buffalo’s Best Roofing to walk us through the work they would do for us. "We had cracks in the dyed mortar of the bricks above our garage. Grady took the time to match the color, even with the color having aged 10 years, and you would not even be able to tell that there was new mortar. If your project is anything like ours, you will not be disappointed."

Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning

"Hiring a contractor when you are used to doing the work yourself is always difficult. How do you find that person open enough to see your vision? How do you know they can do the work, and at a price you can afford? All I can say is that we found the perfect company with JMW Builders. It started with meeting Dylan who met with me several times, was always available to text or talk. Together we talked about my husband's and my vision for the work, chose colors and ordered the materials. The day they arrived he and his partner Shane worked with Matt to strip the old deck off and be there when the order was delivered. I didn't even have to be home! Dylan and Shane are talented professionals who listen to the owner but also aren't afraid to share their professional opinion. I appreciate that because when you are investing in a project you want it to turn out the best it possibly can. Their opinions guided the project to a successful end. Before they began, I decided to add a new pergola. Dylan helped me choose one that worked best with the design and the construction of it is an amazing addition to the deck. The team kept the construction very organized, they made certain to clean each night and when needed, place boards down for my dogs to access the backyard. When I needed some bars installed in my house in an emergency, all I had to do was call and they were there. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, talents and work ethic. I highly recommend them."
