This experience has taught us that in the process of home repair and restoration (and I imagine in renovation too), you cannot let the idea of the perfect get in the way of the good. And Craftsmen delivers the goods! We have finally, and thankfully, come to the end of repairing our home! We 100% recommend Craftsmen if you are looking for a solid, local company that operates on principles of integrity and that goes the extra mile to ‘make it right.’ Craftsmen, like other companies following the hail event, met a different sort of storm—a storm of people needing repairs. The unusual circumstance meant that Craftsmen had to learn how to navigate a disaster event along the way. But as they learned best practices in the aftermath of our storm, they stood by their work. I asked for some grace to pay him within 1-2 hours but he got upset about it. I had to make an emergency call to my wife to take care of it. Then I had trouble getting a receipt from him.
