These guys are so amazing!  They did the entire job in 3 days.  The old windows were original to our 1918 house, which can be a little complicated.  The replacement windows are vinyl, and a number of them needed to match our interior wood trim.  The window mullions very closely match the old windows.  They are double hung and have all the great features that can be that Window World offers.  
New windows are probably one of the best in vestments in our home.   We could not be happier and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

The workers came on Sunday though I expected them on Saturday. Granted it was really really cold on Saturday. I would have appreciated a phone call to expect them on a different day. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
