"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. "I have hired DRCR many times over the last 5+ years. I live in a 50 year old house and nothing is level or true, but you would not know this based on their craftsmanship. Below is a summary of the projects that DRCR has completed for me: 1) Total Upper Level Bathroom Renovation 2) Renovated Lover Level 1/2 Bath into a Full bathroom, including new enclosure, tub, vanity, toilet, plumbing, vanity, tile floor, baseboard heating register and expanding power and lighting 3) Added a 4th bedroom 4) Installed an above the ceiling beam and created one large Great Room from individual kitchen, dining room, and living room. 5) Added new cabinets, island, refrigerator cubby, lighting, and power to kitchen 6) Added shiplap, custom built mantle. and baseboard heat registers to Great room 7) installed new floor planks to upper level 8) Hung 11 paneled doors 9) Installed yard fence and deck gate 10) Renovated shed including a new single roof to match house and garage 11) Demoed and Rebuilt my Laundry room due to water leak damage I would not have hired DRCR repeatedly over the last 5+ years if I was not totally satisfied with their great value and superior quality of work.
