The owner patched the roof himself to keep us from further damage until his company could replace entire roof and paint in areas that were destroyed around the house. "Escalante ATX provided a great experience. We experienced hail damage from a storm back in the spring, they were quick to come out and assess the damage, also went above / beyond to meet with our insurance adjuster to review the damage on-site. After that it was a seamless process with picking a roof color & style and scheduling the install. The install took a total of 2-2.5 days and they also will do other projects besides roofing. They took care of some additional damage on our decks and board replacement / painting. Would highly recommend for any projects you are looking to hire a reliable and professional service!"

"I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"

"We were delighted with the service we received from Integrity Roofing & Siding. Gary, the Residential and Commercial Consultant, provided us with a thorough quotation that included property photographs, roof dimensions, recommended materials and timeframe for completing the project. The pricing estimates were aligned with our insurance estimates. We were comfortable submitting this professionally prepared quotation to our insurer and HOA (which required a 30-day notice). Lisa, the Finance Manager, let us know what to expect and provided documentation to our insurer. Materials were delivered the day prior to the start of the project. The next day the team of roofers laid out a protective tarp surrounding our property and began working. The Production Manager, Fernando, introduced himself, and provided a business card which included his mobile number. The project was concluded in an efficient manner and the cleanup of debris was thorough. Workmanship is guaranteed and the new roof looks great!"

"Alex completed a repair and reconstruction of a small balcony at my house that I had researched on Angis. They did a decent job on that project so when he recommended in May 2023 that I replace 2 additional flat TPO roof areas on my house I signed a work agreement with him and he asked for and received a deposit of $8500. I had heard nothing more from him by January 2024 so I cancelled the project and requested that my deposit be returned. I was told that he needed to find out what his supplier would charge for the return of the roof supplies he claimed to have purchased. Between February and July 2024 I have been repeatedly asking for the status of my refund. If I even get a response the response is that they are checking into it. I have even pointed out the clause in the agreement that states a cancellation of the agreement causes a 25% restocking fee and told him to just charge the fee and return the rest to me. I am now wondering if he ever intends to refund any of my deposit."

"Because of high winds, a section of our vinyl siding had blown off our home (near the peak of a two story gable roof.) As the remaining siding was loosened and more winds in the forecast, we felt repairs were urgent. Joel V. was good enough to look at our situation the next day (a Sunday at 7pm) after listing our project with Angi. He was prepared with a big ladder and tools to inspect the damage. He said he could fix it right then and we gratefully accepted. He worked until nearly dark, but got our job done. We were very much relieved having this repair before more 'weather' comes. Joel was very personable and great to work with. We really appreciated him being willing to extend what started as a short visit for a quote to actually helping us out. What he charged us was very fair. We will certainly work with him again for applicable projects."
