"Had wood rot around exterior patio windows and needed new caulking around all patio windows. Pablo and his assistant with Skillset did a great job. No issues at all. Will definitely reach out to them again."

"The crew were very professional and efficient. They started on time and worked until the job was done. I would recommend S&h for any flat roof repair/ resurface."

"Jose Abril and his very experienced dad and brother diagnosed and fixed a stucco leak on a window and ledge on my house. Jose’s professionalism and his family’s skill, along with an excellent price, scheduled quickly and finished the job in a day. They left the work site clean. Jose is an exceptional communicator and I would hire this business again."

"We had water damge in our enclosed add on creating mold. They completed the work in a very timely manner. Got rid of all mold. Replaced all the siding and repainted. All debris was cleared and we are pleased with the outcome. They were courteous and professional."

"Great job on assembling patio furniture."

"Dany, his son and his crew are amazing. They did a beautiful job fixing my walls and painting them. They are professional, detail oriented and ensured we were 100% satisfied with the work they did. I will definitely use their services every time I need work done in my home. It was the easiest time I’ve ever had with a contractor. Totally honest company and an incredible value."

"A mixed bag. The work they did was good. The painters were on time, clean, and professional. They left the house in good order, and taped off well, I only found one small overspray on the kitchen tile that was easily scrubbed away. Unfortunately, we left very frustrated by the final product and will likely be looking to have the job redone. I attribute that more to the following communication though than the workers' performance. We received 2 quotes, one for lacquer and one for paint. My wife said she liked the lacquer, but has hesitations about the vapors and cost at the initial consultation. No decision was made, and we held off for several weeks making the decision who to hire until we spoke to several painters. When we said we wanted to move forward with the paint job, they showed up and lacquered the cabinets. I can understand the confusion, weeks ago my wife said she liked it, but no decision was made at that time which to use. When I messaged them I was ready to move forward with "painting", I intended paint, not lacquer. Instead of reaching out to ask or confirm which product if they were unsure, they lacquered my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. A higher cost and product I didn't want. The cost also happens to fall $50 short of qualifying for the $2500, 10% off coupon of course. They did honor the discount though when we brought this up. On a side note, we did tell them we wanted the cabinets to match our current doors and baseboards, and gave them the paint code we had for those. The color turned out much whiter than the rest of the house. They said it was probably due to fading on the doors over time. That makes sense, but I wish they would have mentioned that prior to painting, as now the colors are off. Our doors are a warm, cream white and the cabinets are a cool, bright white. Being picky here: we do have cabinets that have that oak wood grain in them. They were able to get out most of that grain, but the results are a bit inconsistent from door to door. Some are completely smooth, while others have traces of grain around them. I really didn't need the grain eliminated and didn't know they were going to try but think it looks good on the ones they got it out completely. It is a bit odd looking that it looks mostly gone. We're likely going to be looking to have this redone now so the correct product is used and color is correct."

"They removed tiles on 4000 sq ft home, replaced all the felt, the wooden runners, all new flashing and metal bird gaps on edges. It took 6 days with a great crew. Came out perfect. Had a lot of neighbors using them since our houses are 22 years or more. Weston was a great person to deal with."

"Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.
thank you so much Bila
