"hired to fix a leak on the stucco exterior. The fix the first time didn't fare too well since water was still coming in. Called Joaquim who immediately called me back and came to back to refix the issue the next day. This time around he completely removed the stucco to the plywood and redid some of the faulty flashing and added new flashing and the stucco and I believe fixed the original builder error that 3 roofers failed to fix.
