From the beginning, Steven and his crew were very professional. Steven explained everything to us and how the process would go to replace our roof. He took the time to answer all the questions we had no matter how "dumb" they may have been. During the time his crew did the work, they kept the place as clean possible while replacing the roof. The job took about 4-5 days. As with any job that size, there were minor issues that need attention, i.e. marks on the siding and things of that nature. Crew came the next day on a Sunday afternoon which was greatly appreciated and did a great job on several bad spots on the roof. Only quibble I had was communication. Neither of the two roofers who did the repairs spoke very good English and even the owner was difficult to understand making it hard to explain the repairs needed and to get an estimate before the job began. However responding on a Sunday (heavy rain predicted for Monday) and doing a very good repair got them 5 stars."
