He checked out my roof and gutters and reported to me how they looked. What I really appreciated was willing to do a small job. Many contractors have a substantial minimum. "We had storm damage on our 1950's rambler--the roof/gutters/siding all needed to be replaced. This was complicated when lead was found in the paint of our redwood siding. We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost. Without Rick going to bat for us with the adjuster, we could never had afforded to get our house properly fixed. Rick's replaced our entire exterior including removing/replacing the windows, soffits, facia, gutters, roof and siding. It was a major renovation on our little house and garage. Everything proceeded smoothly, they showed up when they said they would, the costs were what they said they would be and the materials and workmanship were top notch. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone."

"Bill came to the house and provided an estimate with a couple options because of the garage. We did not have a deadline so Bill tried to find a time when we weren't facing rainstorms. Scaffolding was erected first around the house. When they began work plastic tarps were laid out and cleaned up every day as they completed the work. Re-dashing involved a base coat, which was brushed on and then a texture with a slightly darker color, which was troweled on. The base was applied very thoroughly and the texture artistically. With a couple of interruptions for rain the process took about a week and a half. The estimate was $7200 to $8600 depending on options. We did a third option and the cost was $7500. We could not be more pleased with the work and the results and we would highly recommend them for anyone doing a re-dash."

"I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. 1. sealed up a hole and re-stuccoed near the basement level on the side of my house
2. adjusted a dislodged decorative stone corner and patched around it on the front of the house
3. patched a long crack in the stucco on the garage.
