"We hired SRS Exteriors to do 8 window wraps for us. When they took the old trim off the wood was all rotted around the windows and as Moe pulled the siding off he noticed all the wood was rotted, under the siding also. So they had to replace all the sheathing and then reside, they kept us informed of all the issues that were unknown at the start of the project. What was suppose to be a simply project turned out to be a bigger job then we all expected but Andrew and Moe made time to make our repairs, they even worked 8 hours on Thanksgiving day to ensure that our home would be done and secure for the winter. They are true craftsmen and are dedicated professionals who look out for the best interest of the homeowner, They worked late hours to get the job done and left the work area spotless. "Review: Vinyltech replaced my siding Spring 2021 and I wrote a very positive review of their work and customer service when it was completed. I was aware of their other service, replacement windows, at the time but I had already done my windows many years ago and they were still good. However, recently, one of them had to be replaced, which was covered under the warranty, but I was going to be the one to actualy install the new window. So, not being a window installer, I messed it up and the window was not secure in the track. I called Kris at Vinyltech, even though he did not have anything to do with my windows, and asked if he would mind stopping by to tell me what I was doing wrong. He showed up a few hours later and within 2 minutes had fixed my mistake and gotten the window securely installed. He also gave me a few tips for next time. So, in summary, this was same day service at no charge on a product that he had not even sold me! Who does this?? Vinyltech does, that is who! Customer for life now..."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
