Nelson kept everything super neat over the two day project and was extremely professional. I highly recommend this company! I rated responsiveness as fair because I was frustrated by the process to get the estimate so I mention that to encourage you not to give up (I almost did) if that takes a while. Based on Angie's List reviews, I had initially recommended that a friend contact this company for stucco maintenance. That work was done beautifully and they made it happen to fit my friend's short time line. When I called them about my own home I did not hear back within a reasonable time to schedule the estimate. Then they came to look at the work needed and once more I had to reach out a couple weeks later to finally get the price and schedule the work. I believe the owner stays personally involved in the jobs (which is good) and that's the reason. My advice: if you experience something similar just be proactive but don't let that prevent you from hiring this company. The highest quality work, fair pricing and a "good guy" owner who delivered."
