"I could not be happier with the final product! The first pic is the old bathroom from the 60s when the house was built. The rest are the final rebuild and it looks great. I would highly recommend VMK Remodeling for any project that you might have. I am also going to get a bid on redoing the deck on the back of the house as Vince's company does decks as well! Thanks to his great crew as well, great people to work with."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I had good vibes about Josh from the first time I met him, when he came out to give an estimate on removing all of the old vinyl siding on our house and installing new board and batten vinyl siding. As time progressed through the project those vibes proved to be correct. Josh is an extremely hard worker who will pay very close attention to detail throughout your project. He takes great pride in the quality of his work. If you have any concerns or issues, Josh will tackle them head on and resolve them to your satisfaction. He is a top-notch contractor without a doubt. He also is a good honest guy, and you can put your trust in him 100%. If you are planning a project, and are in need of a top of the line, hard working, meticulous, trustworthy contractor, give Josh a try, you'll be glad you did! We are 100% totally satisfied with the final results on our project! : ) Thank you Josh!"

"Roofing was repaired nicely. It blends in with the original materials. Siding was done separately a few weeks later. It looks nice and clean. He even hung a new light for me. Both gentlemen did a great job and kept the area neat."

"The process from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Katie was wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process, and she walked me through it before we even started to make sure I didn't have any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing or siding work."

"It took a round of phone tag, but a date and time for the job to be done was set within a few days of my initial contact.  They explained that they planned for the work to be performed that day, but the workman would evaluate the cracks/leaks and if it could not be repaired properly using the material he had with him, that he would either give me a quote at that time or set up another time for someone (Joey)to come out and evaluate the extent of the repairs required and determine the best method for repair and give me a quote.

Joey arrived on time and ready to work. Since my basement walls have a number of surface cracks, he asked me where the biggest leaks were. Since I had purchased two deals, I showed him the two cracks we wanted sealed. He then got right to work and explained how the system and sealants they used are superior to what is generally available to homeowners.

The system he used, utilizes an expanding foam system which was pushed into the cracks under pressure by ensuring that the only way the foam could expand was into and through the crack. The cracks I had were irregular and one was actively leaking, but he was able to access the cracks and perform the work on the foundation/basement wall entirely from inside the basement.  First he cleared an area around where he would be working, then he drilled a series of holes into the cracks to insert the filller tubes and then completely covered the remainder of the crack with pneumatic cement. Joey then produced what looked like a giant syringe (believe me, if your doctor came towards you with this syringe you'd get better in a hurry and run the other way!). The "syringe" actually had a division in the center with a different material on each side. As it was set into their filler tubes and pushed in, the materials mixed and started to react and expand. I asked Joey why they didn't use a machine to push in the material and he explained that they do have machines like that on the market, but a machine doesnn't "feel" when the correct amount of material has been put in and they often blow out the patch. Well, Joey had the touch.  You could see the amount of material that came out of each filler tube after epansion was complete and you could see that each had been filled completely but none had been grossly overfilled. On the second crack, the system proved itself... the material started coming out of the wall from an area where I had barely even seen a crack and that was about a foot to the left from where Joey was working on the main crack. With that combination of expanding material and manual pressure, the foam followed the microcracks within the wall to that fine little crack a foot away... I was sold, then and there!  He explained that the nature of the material allowed it to spread through adjacent cracks while it was still in its initial, liquid form under the applied pressure. As the minutes pass, it then becomes a soft, then a stiff, foam, then finally a solid.

Once the product had set, Joey cleaned off the excess and swept the work area. He went over the warranty with me and also made sure I knew about all of the company's other products/services. Lastly, he gave me some cards so I knew how to contact the company, and he had me sign off that the work was complete to my satisfaction ... which it certainly was!

A couple of weeks later, someone called from the company to see if the cracks were fully sealed and if there was any seepage or any other problems that needed to be addressed.  To date there hasn't been any further leaking or seepage.  The repairs remain solid.,"
