The crew always showed up promptly as expected and did a very thorough job of prepping the house for painting. I got compliments from the neighbors about how polite and professional the crew was. They did an excellent job.
I felt a tremendous amount of trust in the professionalism and work ethic of this team. I would add that I was also impressed with their attention to detail and their concern for safety. It was also nice to see how well they all worked together; it really seemed like a well-functioning team and I think that really makes a difference.  I would strongly recommend them to others and would use them again (though I hope to not have to get my house repainted for a very long time).
I may have been able to get the job done more cheaply (and I certainly also got more expensive bids), but I think the price was more than fair considering the quality of the work and the overall experience.
