"Happy customer. Denny was very professional and courteous from first contact, through end of job to repair loose siding on my home. He asked for pictures of the work needed, provided an estimate, which was very fair. He arrived at his promised time, began the work immediately. Great services. I will be using him again soon to pressure wash my patio."

"I have several rental properties in the Nashville area and Columbia area. Yep Construction has been doing work for me for at least five years. He has installed and repaired doors, windows, fences and other installs and repairs for me. I give his name to my family, friends and others. He always does a great job. I highly recommend Yep Construction."

"Joe Richardson of Mr. Roof was entirely professional and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. He made sure we understood every detail and pointed out that we had hail damage which I would have missed entirely. Once he pointed it out, it was obvious. He even helped us file the insurance claim. I hate abusive business practices on either side and Joe was completely fair to us and the insurance company. The office staff was very friendly over the phone and the craftsmen were competent, fast and friendly. All concerned showed up when they said they would and finished the job in a more then reasonable time frame. I would hire this company again. Mr. Roof may not have been the least expensive but they were the right choice for us from a standpoint of quality, professional service and honesty. Mr. Roof is a good value!

"They fixed the one spot that was damaged on my roof. They gave me a very fair price. Unlike other contractors who wanted to have me pay 500-700 for one small spot. They gave me a price of 200. They are amazing and good at what they do. I highly recommend them!"

"They did an excellent job on siding, windows, and gutters."

"I’m truly thankful that I chose David. He was very straightforward and reasonably price. He replaced some of my siding on the front/back of my home and done a fantastic job! We ran into an issue of rotten wood under the siding and he really worked with me to ensure it was replaced. He even sealed the window that caused the issue until I can get it replaced. He worked very hard and was committed to providing great service. I appreciate you David, it would not of been completed without your help. I will definitely keep recommending you!!! Thank you so much!"

"I was looking for a handyman who could fix my shower door where all that was needed was the pivoting hardware. After being told by another guy who had looked at it and told me I would just have to replace it and the labor was going to be around $850 and I would have to buy the door for another $250. Kris listened and understood. He used what hardware that was there and he had it back up and working in just a few minutes! If you’re looking for a true handyman, look no further. I look forward to using him in the future to do other repairs. He’s also a very nice fellow."

"We had a tree fall on our barn/shed in the backyard and Dennis worked his magic and did it fast. Arrived the day he said he would and got to work! When he was done, you wouldn't even know a tree fell on it and damaged it. So thankful for him. He also did a few small jobs that saved me some time while he was here and we were waiting for materials. Really thankful for him and will not only recommend him to my friends & neighbors, but he will be on my speed dial. Thx D!"
