"Stucco surface matches old stucco. Color good. Worked with our schedule. Good advice on how to do it. Gave us options. Able to fit in before winter. Reasonable and very professional. Highly recommend."

"My husband and I are 100% satisfied with the results of the siding and trim project completed by Jared and his team. His attention to detail and excellent workmanship is outstanding. We would definitely hire JCS Construction for future projects. Colleen & Perry"

"Zach came to our house and displayed excellent knowledge of the products, processes for installation to replace the siding on our home. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and provide us with answers that would work with our lifestyle. We were super impressed that we looked for siding information on Angi’s List and put our request in on July 4th and they reached out immediately to set up an appointment."

"Had a great experience with Bruce and Shane. Highly communicative and clear - went above and beyond to check for siding issues around the entire exterior of the house after repairing the issue that we noticed. Would absolutely hire again."

"The rep who visited our house was very straight-forward and answered all our questions. No hard sell, just the information we asked for. He calculated his estimates on the spot. He seemed very knowledgeable, with many years of experience in the business. He was able to explain all the how and why of everything we asked him."

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"Very professional, very good crew, they worked hard and did a great job and Dave is a really nice guy. What more could want. and the best price of the bids I got. John Walstrom"

"We had a low maintenance aluminum railing deck put up. The work was excellent. The crew was very polite. Austin was great to work with. Work was done on time and efficient. I would hire him again."

"Ivan was great to work with. We had him replace siding and all windows, paint outside, a new front door, paint all walls and ceilings inside, replace counter-tops, paint cabinets and trim, remove an interior wall and bar, replace all sinks, add new lighting plus numerous small projects. He checked in daily to make sure the work was getting done properly. We encountered some delays (much of which was out of his control) but he always did everything in his power to make things right. He was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. He treated us with integrity and the prices were very reasonable. We love the new look to the house and would definitely use him again"
