They caulked all seams in our board and batten siding and painted everything (siding, eaves, gutters) meticulously. "The Owner is very very experienced. He monitors the work closely and check on work multiple times a day. Workers are also very experienced. They got a stucco report and open every site sampled. Some of the areas were clean and/or had treated wood under the stucco. Couple areas had extensive damage. They track back /open up until they got all the damage area exposed and they found the source of water leak. Fix the areas and re-stucco from one seam to another. The work was extensive with changing out of flashings, drain at the balconies and bottom of the house and seal ALL sites including the windows /doors sites at the top of the house and the roof area. Overall felt like the work was done by experienced, old school stucco guys."
