"The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Lisa and her team provide excellent communication on the project throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier. Originally, I just wanted the house painted, but it turned out we needed to replace some wood siding and Pablo did an excellent job. Pablo is phenomenal and is a perfectionist. I am so thrilled and happy every time I go outside to look at my home. We even had new windows installed- Lisa facilitated the process for the new windows and it was an excellent experience overall. "Mr. Forrest came to the house when he said he would. He was very polite and friendly. He went on the roof and inspected my issues. He explained what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. He also pointed out other repairs that needed to be done. like the eves and the cement connecting parts of our tile roof.. Our house is 14 years old, painting and repairing the roof was something that my husband and I have discussed for the last year. We thought the cost to repair the roof and extended porch was more than fair. His company also paints. We hired his company for that too. This is a family business and his two sons worked and supervised the projects. Wonderful family. Everything was done in less than a day. I could not believe it. Roof repair and painting the whole house. Mr. Forrest's crew were so friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough. "Power Home Improvement did a great job with my sidings and gutters. It looks amazing and we’re getting a lot of compliments about how it looks. They arrived early in the morning and diligently worked into the early evening, only taking a lunch break. They cleaned up every night after the day, which was much appreciated. They covered all bushes and plants which was good, however, after the project it left our plants flattened. The Project Manager (PM) made the damages right by compensating us for the damages. Towards the end, the installers tried to take a few short cuts but relented when we stood our ground to correct the issues we noted. The PM was outstanding with his oversight and keeping us informed. Overall, we’re satisfied with the outcome."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
