"Ryan did an excellent job on the outside of my house. The siding and awning needed to be replaced from Water Rot!. The price is very reasonable and the job was excellent. His crew did a great job of cleaning up as well. I would definitely rehire him for remodeling as well. I believe he also does bathrooms as well as remodel the inside!"

"Excellent work. Very patient and willing to accommodate small changes to the project. Eddie tiled my shower and built a wall with built in shelves. I will definitely hire again!"

"Gillen Construction did a great job repairing areas of redwood siding and trim, including removal, cutting new siding boards to match the existing siding, priming and painting. They did several other projects for us as well which I have posted separately. Everything looks great. ."

"Worked with Andrew - he was quick to communicate, included all necessary details, and kept in touch. He and his crew (Alex and Andre) showed up on time and had the whole deck demolished and cleaned up in only 2 hours. Would definitely work with him again."

"Excellent work. Our door has direct south exposure so itâ s getting hammered by wind and rain, Philipâ s work is really holding up. No leaks, drafts, etc. Highly recommend!"

"Mike Kelly is very approachable about whatever you need done. Even if you want to add more tasks, if he has the time (between jobs), heâ ll do it. Everything is written down & discussed before you sign the contract. I am very happy w/ the finished product!"

"Mauricio did an excellent job of clearing my very dirty brick patio, front steps, paths and driveway. He was efficient and the result is amazing. The bricks on the patio were black with moss growing on them. Now they look like new."

"Ryan Lovejoy and his Assistant Issac where such a lucky find! I explained the scope of what I wanted done and received a bid in a very timely manner. I needed some significant repairs on an older deck, NOT a complete rebuild. Ryan kept me informed of exactly what was needed to accomplish this. And I am delighted with how the project came out. They were ON TIME, they kept the area Clean and Tidy after the days work, always a plus. I would not hesitate to reach out to Lovejoy Construction for any needs in the future."

"Fernando and his amazing crew are totally professional, skilled, courteous, knowledgeable and - my personal favorite - reliable! Their work habits are impeccable, they leave the work area neat as a pin even if they are going to return the following day. The finished product was even better than I had envisioned. Their pricing is more than fair and they go above and beyond the normal expectation to provide exactly what the customer wants. I highly recommend FRG Handyman for any project they consider themselves qualified to perform. You will not be disappointed. Side note: The fact that every one of them is polite, kind and absolutely stunning in appearance is just an added positive note :) They will be called on by us for any future project we might have."

"Jose and his crew did a great job on our new elevated porch. Job was done quickly and well"
