"Friendly, attentive and timely. Great job installing my carport and new gutters."

"Great. Highly recommend these folks. (They said what they would do and did what they said) . I would hire them again and I am going too for interior work. The above comments are very rare for me about contractors."

"My yard looked really bad and needed a lot of irrigation repair. Top-Notch did the following work: Assessed irrigation system to determine needed repairs for optimal performance. Removed existing pump and all plumbing to and from pump. Installed new pump, checked valve, and all new piping from well to pump and electric valves. Investigated west side zone to determine reason for front yard area not getting water. Found broken supply pipe underground. Went to supply store to get repair parts. Repaired broken pipe. Pipe was severely clogged with sand and other debris. Flushed clogged pipe to get water to end of supply pipe. Removed and replaced 5- pop-up sprinkler heads in west side front yard zone. Adjusted all sprinkler heads in all three zones. Filled all holes and trenches, raked surface flat. Cut bush on west side of home. Repaired a few fence pickets. Cleaned all of work area. Their price was reasonable, they were very knowledgeable, always extremely dependable, and an exceptional family to work with. I would highly recommend Top-Notch Property Services!"

"Great work and repair of stucco."

"The completed the exterior home paint job on and time, communicated throughout and did quality work!"

"Ron and his crew are absolutely amazing! We couldn't be more satisfied with our new construction stucco job! When others said they couldn't handle the job because it was on pilings and a very tedious, time-consuming job due to the preparing and complicated scaffolding, Ron came through for us and we couldn't be more grateful for that! They do such great work! Attention to detail is an understatement! Perfection at its best! Highly recommended!"

"I hired JGR Contractors to work on multiple projects I had around my home. They fixed my vinyl siding which was damaged during a storm. They leveled, re-enforced, and painted my oversize deck, replaced a broken drain pipe from my gutters, and replaced a rotted wooden kick plate under my slider. John was professional, courteous, honest, and upfront through the whole experience and his pricing is more than fair for the top quality work he provides. We will definitely use his services again in the future."

"I hired James and A Stucco to repair minor cracks in the stucco on my house. Since they were going to have to re-paint the areas repaired, I decided to have them repaint the whole house. Additionally, I contracted to have all of the doors and windows re-caulked. I was VERY satisfied when they completed the work. They were very careful to mask the edges of adjacent paint colors, the windows and doors, and concrete and tiles where they were repairing stucco and painting. The owner Diego has a good team who clearly knew what they were doing, and also had a good attitude with the customer and each other. Diego did all of the re-caulking and it looks great. He taped both sides of the areas to be caulked so he could achieve a very smooth and clean edges. All this work was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Diego and his team to anyone that needs stucco repaired, their house painted, and/or re-caulking of doors and windows."
