"Good start, so-so finish. Plans completed by contractor and permit secured. Workers and owner were on time daily and completed the demo, poured foundations, erected supports, placed decking, and installed new roof and shingles. Finish crew came in and workmanship was shoddy. Aluminum trim was not cut correctly, one screen had a tear, gutter and downspout placed incorrectly, and vinyl siding was replaced with odd looking boards. Owner did note that finish work was not up to his usual standards and gave a small rebate. Property owner requested that no work be done on ceiling, that he would complete that work at a later date."

It would have been even quicker if not for the rain. Two days of work had our fence perfect for less than most were estimating, but higher quality and more care put into correcting ongoing issues. They even cleaned & re-used some gate hardware that saved us a little more. My neighbor was impressed enough to hire them on the spot and they did their fence the next day. Yard was left cleaner than it was when they arrived. They won't be the cheapest, but they are the absolute best value if you want it done correctly."
