They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"This was the best experience! I really didn't want to go to any of the big national companies and the small local ones wouldn't return our calls. From the first moment to the very end, I was impressed with every step. We did have to wait 6 months from order to install, but that had a lot to do with winter months. And I received check in calls from the company to update me along the way. I never felt that I needed to check up on them. They prosecuted the work diligently when weather allowed and listened to my concerns. . They took care to care to avoid damage to other parts of the residence and cleaned up acceptably at completion. It was a challenging job, because the residence was old and complicated. The end result looked impressive and my neighbors agree."
