"They were the only ones out of 6 companies that looked at the job to actually give me a written estimate. I'm not sure if the job was too small for most of the companies or what. Because of the type of damage (replacing water damaged siding). we knew there would likely be hidden damage. After removing and finding framing damage-They were very thorough in explaining and showing what needed to be done. The price was commiserate with the complexity of the job. And they didn't damage my drywall that was unaffected by the leak which I am extremely grateful for!!!. Hard to do when replacing the frame that the drywall was nailed into!!! All of this was done with a permit and multiple inspections. They also cleaned up each day and very throughly at the jobs end. Making sure that the painter that they subcontracted with touched up every little thing (things I didn't notice). I would definitely hire them again and probably will on my new old house!"
