"It went smoothly.  There was great communication between Keith the contractor, me, and Jose the main painting wiz. 
When questions arose on my part they were quickly addressed and problems solved.  Although I knew what colors I wanted, Keith sent over a color expert to help me whittle down the choices and decide where to put what.  I insisted on the concrete porches being painted red and although that is a difficult color to get on thick enough, more coats were applied and I was extremely happy with the result.
One day we will address the painting of the interior and Keith will be our choice.  I have nothing but high praise for him and his great team.
