I was told this job would take 2-3 work days barring weather etc. Actual total time to complete this project was about 30 hours over several days.
I made a request that all the wood that needed to be painted be delivered early to me so I could have it done when needed. Only some of the wood was delivered. The rest was brought the last day of construction. Leftover wood from a siding project in 2010 was used to cover over the weather sheilded areas
The fiberglass covered deck floor was initially painted the wrong color. It was corrected when weather allowed.
My rebuilt deck looks great, but I will need to paint in the spring."

I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work.  The house is sided with cedar shakes.  The paint lasts about 9 to 10 years before requiring a recoat.  (The trim lasts about half that interval.)  Very little peeling occurs in that interval; the trim has always been the worst offender.  The house is power washed in preparation.  Primer is used as required.  Spray equipment is used to apply the paint.   The paint is applied evenly without any runs.  Overspray is basically non-existent.

The workmen arrive when scheduled.  Rich, the owner is there during the beginning of the job and periodically during the job.  His foreman is there during the entire job.

"These Guys are AMAZING. I got an estimate from United Pro for a total siding replacement. I got three estimates and United Pro was the best out of the estimates. Benny the Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needs to be done, from the insulation to the type of nails that they will use to install the siding. He showed me a bunch of colors and thankfully they had the exact color that i was looking for. The Order for the siding took about a week to come in. Once the siding came, It took them 3 days to complete all the siding. the made my property how it was before they even started the project from the way that they cleaned up. The Dumpster was taken away the next day and that was that. Such a stress free expirance and was a pleasure to have them as my contractors. "I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and have rated a few of them a 5; but D & D has to be the best I've had in every respect. Gabrielle is an honest, sincere, and very competent owner/manager. She is detail oriented and always seemed to place my needs first. One note on the preliminaries: If a contractor offers to give you a discount if you will sign a contract immediately...show him the door. Gabrielle never used any such tricks....just straight up and honest interaction. Promises made...promises kept. Her crew is outstanding. In the middle of the project, it snowed 10 inches, but that only slowed them down by a day. They actually shoveled off the parts of the lawn they were using for their staging/work areas. Even when the temp dropped to 8 degrees, they kept going all day long. Everyone worked non-stop. The siding and the new front door have both drawn a lot of praise from neighbors. And others who drive by slow down to look at the finished product. I can't say enough good things about D&D, Gabrielle and her crew. The only problem is that Home Advisor only lets me give a maximum of 5 starts."
