"The siding repair done by the crew who were sent by Ideal siding was exemplary. The team's attention to detail and professionalism resulted in a flawless repair. Our home's exterior wall now looks pristine."

"I had Martin & Sons replace some siding damaged by age and water, and also paint. Martin was with the crew supervising and working the whole time. The house had a special "notched or grooved" siding that doesn't seem to be made or readily available according to a couple of different contractors. Martin customized the siding to perfectly match the existing siding. Next day the painting crew came to paint the whole house. They did a great job, and even painted my shed which we hadn't discussed, but it definitely needed it. Overall very happy with cost and quality of workmanship!"

We could not be happier that they were able to repair the sections without needing to replace all our siding. Thank you Colorado Siding Repair!"

"Very professional from start to finish. My Hardi plank siding had cracks and broken pieces missing. I had to replace that side of my house. Home Genuis did an excellent job replacing my siding. They started on time and finished on time and effectively communicated each step. The Project manager AJ was superb."

"This is a very professional, family run business. They care about their work and it shows in the final product. They did a complete stucco replacement on our house. The cost was competitive with other bids, the work was excellent and the customer service was way beyond expectations. I would highly recommend them."

"Paolo and his crew were a true treat to work with. We have been doing a full house addition and remodel, and after having several setbacks, paolo and his team came in and were able to totally redo siding, trim out a covered patio, replace gutters and paint the house. They bent over backwards to make sure 1) things were done in the right order (even coming out for 1 random day to do facia before my roofers came out and put a roof on the house) and 2) Make sure that I was happy with the end product: consistently telling me "We want you to be happy- you have to live here, so lets make sure we get this right." The two man team was here long hours over a couple of weeks, always was sure to clean up well in the evening and left the house very clean at the end of the project, and were courteous to anyone else here, collaborated well with other trades, and were kind to my kids (super important in my book!). After dealing with a lot of trades during this project that were mediocre, un-responsive, and some down right rude, it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who did excellent work, had good follow up, and listened to my ideas and made them come to life. I would highly recommend."

"We had siding. roofing, gutters, windows, trim and paint damage to our home. I wasn't sure who to trust. I was referred to Greenslate Roofing and Siding by my neighbor down the street who had them on their roof as well. Joe the owner and his team over at Greenlsate were fantastic easy to work with, they kept me informed of the steps, set expectations and followed through, on top of that we got a great finished product. Greenslate has me as a life long client."

"I recently had my entire home re-sided, with upgraded window trim, full window resealing, and detailed sealing around the perimeter and roofline. The quality of the work was outstanding. Every step was precise, meticulous, organized, and extremely clean. Bryon works with a level of craftsmanship and efficiency that is rare—every cut, seam, and finish was completed with care and accuracy. Equally important, Bryon is a contractor with true integrity. He is honest, reliable, and communicates clearly from start to finish. He documents everything upfront and follows through exactly as promised. As he works, it’s obvious he performs every step he was contracted to do—no shortcuts and no surprises. I’ve worked with more disappointing contractors than good ones over the years, and finding someone with this combination of skill, professionalism, and honesty is exceptional. Bryon has earned my full trust, and he will be my go-to for as long as I own my home. He has my highest recommendation."
